SC VVA State Council Meeting

Rich LaBarre, one of the founders of Vietnam Veterans of South Carolina in 1983, speaking at the SC VVA State Council Meeting on February 8, 2026. Describing those conditions of concern to Vietnam Veterans is still a current issue today. Chapter 303 1^st Vice President and State Council Treasurer presented the framed Certificate of Incorporation as signed by the then SC Secretary of State.
